Project Objective:
Build a tow car worthy of hauling TORO I.
Project Summary:
Take a tired but solid hauler and turn it into a cruiser in it's own right. Give it enough power and panache to hold it's own.

Notice the difference in the nose area and the angle of the windshields. Windshield on Toro I is raked back 6.5 degrees. Notice the difference in the front of the sheet metal, as well.
